Steve A. Stone, Chief Executive Officer
Steve A. Stone is President and CEO of InfoFlows Corporation which he founded in 2004 after eight years at Microsoft Corporation. Steve believed that through the application of digital object recognition, the digital object architecture, search and advanced internet tracking technology, Infoflows would be able to mine valuable business information on the use of digital content. As a result, Infoflows was created as a software and services company that would provide digital content business intelligence services.
Prior to founding InfoFlows, Steve was a general manager with Microsoft where he was one of the founders of the Electronic Book initiative at Microsoft whose goal was to create a compelling alternative to the paper book and resulted in numerous products including the Microsoft Reader and ClearType as well as the DRM technologies used in Microsoft Office and Windows Desktop and Server products. In 2002, he led the formation of the Microsoft Information Worker Solutions group which focused on enterprise solutions for Microsoft’s largest customers. Before joining Microsoft, Steve was general manager for Spyglass Corporation’s Champaign, Ill., Business Group. While there, he led the effort in the creation of the Spyglass NCSA Mosaic products, the first production desktop web browser and embedded browser in the industry and the basis of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
Steve has 28 years of experience in the software and computer industry having held senior software management and development engineering positions with Microsoft, Spyglass, Intergraph Corporation and NCR. Steve holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. He currently serves on the national board of directors for the Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, Inc.
Megan Kahn, Vice President Marketing Communication
Megan R. Kahn joined InfoFlows as Vice President Marketing Communications in 2005 and has over 15 years of corporate communications experience. Kahn has held executive management positions in leading communications agencies and corporations. Most recently with Waggener Edstrom Communications, and prior to Waggener Edstrom, with Ketchum Communications, Kahn served as a Vice President leading teams focused on a number of Fortune 100 global accounts including The Boeing Company, Microsoft Corporation, ITT Industries and Dow Chemical. For her work in corporate image and branding, global media relations and financial communications, Kahn has received numerous communication industry and company awards including a Silver Anvil and a Silver Anvil Award of Excellence.
Prior to Ketchum, Kahn was an Associate Director of Firmwide Communications for PriceWaterhouse Coopers and held various financial communications roles while living in New York City.
Kahn holds a BA in English and History from the University of Wisconsin as well as an MA in Marketing and Public Communication from The American University. Kahn serves on the board of the Moyer Foundation and through 2004 was very active in support of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s “Hutch Holiday Gala”.
Carlo Martin, Director of Program Management & Operations
Carlo Estrada joined InfoFlows Corporation in 2005 as Director of Operations. With over ten years of experience focused on deploying operational infrastructure and support organizations for large online services, Estrada has held numerous senior level management and engineering positions at leading multinational technology companies.
Most recently with Microsoft Corporation, Estrada was a Senior Program Manager with the MSN division. In this capacity, Estrada was responsible for the software release process for all ad revenue related software for the MSN platform. Prior to working as Senior Program Manager, Estrada worked as Lead Program Manager for the MSN Platform Services Team where he led the team responsible for standardizing all ad platform requirements and technology for the MSN Network. Early in his Microsoft career, Estrada was the Operational Manager leading all MSN Internet Access services and held key software test positions with the MSN group.
Prior to his eight year tenure at Microsoft, Estrada worked for Tandem Computers as a Senior System’s Engineer and at Addison Wesley where he was a Project Manager. Estrada completed coursework at DeAnza College in California.

Neil B. Jackson, CISA, Sr. Director, Risk Management Services Practice (download CV here)
Neil Jackson is Director of the Infoflows Risk Management Practice. During his 30 year career, he has served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems Auditing for Central Fidelity Banks, a large $10 billion bank holding company now part of Wachovia/Wells Fargo. After Wachovia’s merger, Neil joined E*TRADE Financial Group where was named Global Director of IT Audit. Following E*TRADE Neil provided design, marketing, investor acquisition and technical sales support services to eOnehundred, Inc. , now a division of Oracle, in their development of SOA Director, a major system for managing SOX compliance. Prior to joining Infoflows Neil was Director of IT Audit and Consulting Services for the nation’s 20th largest accounting firm and later founder and CEO of JAT RISK Solutions, a risk based consulting service firm with offices in Alexandria Virginia and Marshfield, Massachusetts.
Neil is a pending graduate from Lynchburg College where he will complete is BS in Finance. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. In addition, Neil has completed course study on the Economy and Business in Modern China and India from MIT – Sloan School of Management and at the Terry School of Business, University of Georgia’s where he completed their highly respected Director’s College. He is a member of and regularly attends KPMG’s Audit Committee Institute, and is a member of KPMG Tax Governance Institute, KPMG IFRS Institute, KPMG Global Energy Institute. Neil resides in Forest Virginia with his wife Darlene. They have two sons and a daughter.
John S. Moore, CPA, Director, Risk Management Services Practice (download CV here)
John Moore brings over 20 years of experience as a key financial executive responsible to the board for directing the audit function of Central Fidelity Banks, a $10 billion Virginia bank holding company, now a part of Wells Fargo. During this time period, he directed all phases of the of the function's growth from it's development to a highly effective, efficient and respected organization. In this role, he set the strategies, designed the programs and tools and directed their execution to evaluate the risks and controls within all areas of this diversified financial institution. He worked directly with and gained the respect of numerous audit committees and boards of directors of the holding company and their affiliates in dealing with the control and risk issues and in ensuring that the committees were fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. Prior to his role with Wells Fargo, John was an auditor with KPMG.
John holds a BS in Accounting from the University of West Virginia. In addition, his advanced degree and professional certifications inlcude the KPMG Audit Committee Institute.
