Infoflows' Customer Wins Multimillion Dollar Judgment Against Internet Pirate Utilizing Fedmarksm Image Solution

In 2006 while working on a client’s project, Infoflows Corporation was asked to apply the Fedmark Image solution to curb an instance of large scale piracy. Within one week of our clients' request, Infoflows had successfully applied the Fedmark Image solution and determined the scope and scale of piracy. We were able to validate that the piracy was being conducted on a global scale through a large scale enterprise and its many sub-corporations.

Our client was thrilled, “You friggin’ rock”, with Infoflows' agility and ability to produce immediate results. With the information that the Fedmark Image solution produced, our client was able to move very quickly to obtain a preliminary injunction against the infringing parties and to position for a successful litigation outcome. As a direct result of the information and reports that the Fedmark Image solution produced, our client was able to quantify the scale of the piracy as well as lost revenue caused by the piracy. As a result, our client received a multimillion dollar judgment from the infringer.
